When we wrote the behind the meter dispatch code, dispatch from the battery to the grid was not allowed, so this was switched off in the battery dispatch constraints. Since then, more utilities are starting to allow it:

Add a checkbox for behind the meter dispatch that allows for dispatching to the grid. If dispatch is restricted to certain time periods or TOU windows, add an interface for this.
