Describe the bug

-For more than 3 years of 3-hour weather data (8760 values), the JPD file generation from time series weather files is throwing an error.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ME Wave case
2. Download 4 or more weather years from the API calls
3. Press the JPD file generation button, select the folder with the downloaded weather files and name an output file
4. See error

Expected behavior

Fix error checking for file size length
