Describe the bug

For the Detailed PV model with CEC Module Model with User Entered Specifications option, the cell material is a number instead of the name of the cell type.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Detailed PV / No Financial case.
2. On the Module page choose CEC Performance Model with User Entered Specifications.
3. On the Case menu, choose Create report.
