Describe the bug

Small amounts of energy (2e-5) are throwing off the percent of timesteps where 100% of the energy is met by the renewable system metric for self-consumption dispatch. Specifically: larger systems are reporting lower percentages, which should not be the case.

This is likely due to inconsistent tolerances between the powerflow code and the battery dispatch code.
