Describe the bug

The interpolation macros does not seem to be working.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In a detailed PV model, select the Fargo, ND TMY weather file
2. Run the Solar Resource Interpolation macro with 1 min interval length
3. Try running a simulation with the new weather file
4. See error

• Version 2023.12.17, 64 bit, updated to revision 1

Additional context

If I manually shift the month and day down by 30 rows (minutes) and then backfill at the top and trim at the bottom, everything works.
