To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download sample script: parsim-test.zip
2. Start SAM and create PVWatts / No financial case.
3. Open parsim-test.lk script and run it.

This script runs in SAM 2022.11.21 but crashes SAM 2023.12.17.
