To replicate:

1. Create a Detailed PV / No Financial model.
2. On the Location and Resource page, choose the above file with no DNI data.
3. Run a simulation.
4. SAM crashes.

Desired behavior:

If Weather File Irradiance Data option under "Albedo - Sky Diffuse - Irradiance Data (Advanced)" on Location and Resource page does not match data in weather file, SAM should display a simulation error and not crash.
