Describe the bug

For Windows, stochastic simulations cause SAM to crash.

For Mac, stochastic simulations cause "could not read output file [...]/SAMLHS.LSP" message.

Example for testing:

• PVWatts / Single Owner default case
• Module cost, normal distribution, Mean (mu) = 0.35, Std. Dv. (sigma) = 2.5
• Use NPV for output
