Describe the bug

LandBosse is designed for utility-scale wind plants, but in 2023.12.01 the "go to balance of system cost model inputs" button is visible on the residential page and generates a callback error

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a Residential Wind case
2. Go to installation costs
3. Click on "go to balance of system cost model inputs"
4. See callback error

Expected behavior

Balance of system button should be hidden for these configurations.
