After #1531 and NatLabRockies/ssc#1096 were merged into develop, the tests started failing.
The equations work just fine in the GUI, if we try to run them via an LK script we get errors as: #1581 (comment)

MSLF-SO works fine from the GUI. It fails running the full test script. But:
It passes if you change the test script to only run MSLF configurations
It passes if you change the test script to run PVWatts then MSLF
It fails if you change the test script to run the molten salt power tower then MSLF
