Describe the bug

When attempting to set up parametrics with the hybrids interface, SAM freezes when adjusting the number of rows.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open parametrics in a hybrids case
2. Select a few inputs
3. Attempt to add cases by increasing the number of rows
4. SAM freezes hand has to be force quit

Expected behavior

Expect rows to be added like in the non-hybrid cases.

Non-hybrid parametrics works fine in the above versions and in 2022.11.21
