Describe the bug

The MSLF and MSLF IPH models have an incorrect label for Total installed cost on the Capital Costs page.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a molten salt linear fresnel csp or iph model
2. Go to installation costs page.
3. See label error for Total installed cost.

Expected behavior

Label should say "Total installed cost"
