In both PV+Battery and the new hybrids interface, the PTC is applied to the final generation of the system. This is conservative most of the time (it includes battery round trip efficiency losses), but is not appropriate for batteries with grid charging.

Include a UI warning for the user if grid charging and the PTC are specified simultaneously. This warning will need to exist on both the battery dispatch and incentives pages.
