Collecting a list of known defaults issues so we can fix them all in one go:

1. The front of meter hybrids battery schedule has all period "1" for the default schedule. Update this to match the time of delivery from the PV+Battery model.
2. Maximum ITC for hybrids host developer is $1
3. Fuel cell dispatch time series inputs array lengths -- check array length for all time series inputs.
4. Hybrid installation cost (set to zero for all hybrid configs?)
5. Hybrid operating costs
6. Revisit PV inverter replacement cost: O&M fixed cost by capacity vs replacement reserve. Note current major equipment replacement reserve is $0.1/W in Year 0 dollars compared to $0.03 inverter installation cost.
7. Change default battery type from Li-ion LFP to Li-ion NMC, suggested by Nate.
