Describe the bug

Default inverter temperature derate curve is intended to avoid temperature derating except at extreme ambient temperatures. To include the effect of inverter temperature derating, users must enter a set of curves provided by the manfuacturer. This data is not included in the CEC inverter lists.

The maximum voltage in the current inverter library is 1500, but the temperature curve maximum is 1300. Update the curve voltage to avoid temperature derating at voltages above.

Also consider changing "derate" to "derating" to be consistent with industry documentation.
