Describe the bug

The wind resource download tool is not pulling the measurement heights I selected.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to WIND Toolkit download interface
2. Enter a location and select measurement heights of 100, 120, 140, and 160 m
3. Hit "ok"
4. Open the file that was downloaded and check the heights available
