Describe the bug

The options in the Default Type at the bottom of the Geothermal Resource page require the Single Owner financial model.

Choosing an item from the list to set defaults for Geothermal / No Financial causes a UI callback error:

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Geothermal / No Financial case
2. On the Geothermal Resource page, change the option for Default Type.

Expected behavior

Changing the default type should display a message box with text like "Default type is not available for No Financial configurations. Please create a case with the Single Owner financial model to change the default type." or the UI callback script should be modified to work for the No Financial configuration.
