Describe the bug
Average value shown in LossAdjustment widget for time series data is misleading:
- Unclear that constant, time series, and custom period losses are all applied (additive).
- "Lifetime" does not apply to CSP losses for
sf_adjust and adjust variables.
- If time series losses only apply to a few timesteps, average value is too small to show with on decimal place, so makes it look like loss is zero (0.0%).
Purpose of text is to help users see whether any losses are specified without clicking the Edit losses button. Possible solution is to show whether constant, time series, and/or custom losses are enabled or not instead of showing average value.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a Physical Trough caes.
- Go to System Control page, and note "Lifetime losses: None" for system availability. Physical Trough does not do lifetime simulations so this is misleading.
