HCPV Inverter page UI callback error:

Could not evaluate callback function:inv_cec_name->on_change
[91]: error in call to 'value()': variable 'inverter_count' does not exist in this context[90]: eval error in statement list
[90]: error inside function call
[129]: eval error in statement list

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an HCPV case with any financial model.
2. Go to the Inverter page.

Expected behavior

Inverter page should load without a callback error.
