Describe the bug
Cash flow send-to-Excel needs to be updated to handle ITC as array for federal and state ITC amount, percentage, and maximum value.
Current temporary solution is to display a message box and send sum of array values to Excel so Excel formulas still work, but results will not exactly match SAM.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create PVWatts / Single Owner case.
- On Incentives page, for one of the ITC inputs, change from Value to Schedule mode and enter ITC over multiple years, e.g. [5,5,5,5,6].
- Click Simulate.
- On Cash Flow tab, click Send to Excel with Equations
Expected behavior
Excel workbook should handle ITC inputs as arrays:
- Correctly apply tax credit amounts to cash flow
- Correctly account for ITC effect on depreciation basis
- Correctly calculate for IBI and CBI effect on ITC basis
Operating System and Version
- OS: Windows
- Version: SAM 2022.11.21 (Fall 2022 release)
