Describe the bug

The AC wiring loss is 60 times too high in my one minute interval simulation.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new detailed PV model (no financial)
2. Select a 1-min interval weather file
3. Simulate
4. Check resulting AC wiring loss

Expected behavior

AC wiring loss in the results should match the input value (in my case, default of 1%) and not be 60 times higher.
