Describe the bug

Change configuration from PVWatts to Detailed PV and run - simulation fails with albedo issue.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 2021.12.02.r2 - create PVWatts no financial case
2. From case menu, click "Change model..."
3. Select Detailed PV no financial
4. Click Simulate

Expected behavior

Workaround - open Albedo widget on Solar Data Resource at bottom, change inputs to less than to [0,1) and then simulate
