The draft looks good, I have following questions/feedback:

How does the 03 notebook relates to the 02-session-based notebook? The 03 notebook trains a new model
Currently, the 03 notebook misses a lot of description - as it is a WIP, I guess they will be added in the final version. I think we should mention What is TorchScript and TorchScript (or PyTorch backened) vs. Python Model (Python Backend). We should link to the python backend as well
Do we need to update the other serving example (python backend) or do we link them?
