I noticed CUDA 12.1 is not mentioned in the release note https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/nccl/release-notes/rel_2-19-3.html#rel_2-19-3, but CUDA 12.0, and 12.2, and 12.3 are. Is this a typo or is there a known reason why it's not supported on CUDA 12.1?
