Description

After adding new mcp using dashboard my agent doesn't see it.

In logs I have an error of timeout.

For example i've added filesystem mcp(@modelcontextprotocol/server-filesystem) and it's not working using openclaw.

In sandbox if I will run it manually - it works fine.

Reproduction Steps

1. Run dashboard
2. Go to Settings -> Infrastructure -> MCP
3. Add @modelcontextprotocol/server-filesystem
4. Go to Logs and after 3000ms you'll see a timeout error.
