Description:

[Issue Summary]

Dashboard URL (with auth token) is only shown once during nemoclaw onboard. After terminal is cleared, there is no way to retrieve it via nemoclaw status or any other command.

[Environment]

Device: Jetson (dl20g11-1007)
OS: Ubuntu 24.04 (x86_64)
NemoClaw: v0.0.21

[Steps to Reproduce]

1. nemoclaw onboard (observe Dashboard URL printed at the end)
2. clear terminal
3. nemoclaw status
4. Look for Dashboard URL in output

[Expected Behavior]

nemoclaw status includes: "Dashboard: http://127.0.0.1:18789/#token="

[Actual Behavior]

Status shows model, provider, policies, agent version — but NO Dashboard URL. URL is unrecoverable through CLI.

[Suspected Root Cause / Notes]

Dashboard URL is generated during sandbox creation and printed to stdout, but not stored in NemoClaw registry or exposed via status command.
