MSPT, ETES, and PTES cmods calculate system capacities for capacity payments. However, the cmods were using the wrong variable name. This doesn't appear to cause problems yet, because the system nameplate is calculated in ssc equations and battery nameplate doesn't appear to be used in SSC.
