The SAM battery charge controllers calculate the electricity to the load from PV, battery, and grid using the net system power generated (PV + batt) and electricity load. Later on, SAM's PV model reduces the system power generated by additional AC losses, resulting in grid power calculations that do not match the charge controller calculations. If possible, the charge controller calculations should be updated with the additional AC losses to align these values.
