@cpaulgilman @janinefreeman - We're running into some trouble with commercial systems here: the ATB only presents stand alone commercial (no hybrids), and the underlying report (https://www.nrel.gov/docs/fy21osti/77324.pdf) presents a system size roughly twice as big as the default in SAM. What's an acceptable fudge factor on the total installed cost (either as a percent or in $/Wdc)? |

Description
Based on discussions about the ATB cost optimization procedures, the fixed $ cost for commercial and residential battery systems does not change for changing system sizes (only changes for change in economy of scale). To be more consistent with this implementation, the default cost values were changed to use the $/kW inputs from the ATB and by adding the fixed $ cost to Engineering and developer overhead fixed costs. The % of indirect cost attributed to battery cost was updated for each configuration to allocate the correct $ amount of fixed cost to the battery system for combined systems.
