Tested opening SAM 2020.11.29 r2 file with different units for battery size.
Verified new defaults for residential optimizer losses.

Changes look great!
One note worth sharing, since I had to puzzle through it - the single owner PV battery costs of $1.55/Wdc do correspond to the ATB utility scale pv plus battery costs after converting to Wac (multiply by 1.3).

Description
Default updates for battery systems, PV systems. Changes include:
-Update battery system defaults based on ATB battery data, Utility scale PV plus battery
-Battery sizes
-Updates to defaults to make economics make sense
-ILR updates for PV FOM
-Update PV Residential systems to have losses based on DC Optimizers (inverter costs are already in line with DC Optimizers)
-Potential increase in system size for PV, PVWatts Residential systems based on tracking the sun reported median residential system size of 6.4 kW
