I made some changes to the UI and added land area calcs.
This should be merged into Develop before the community-solar branch.

Update all instances of PVWatts to PVWattsV8 in SAM. This also includes rearranging the user interface to add an "advanced inputs" collapsible pane. This advanced inputs page includes:
Fixes #724 . @cpaulgilman I would appreciate wording review, and any thoughts on how to deal with two soiling inputs (one monthly, and the one that was there before).
