Description

Revise Help descriptions of Tilt and Azimuth inputs for Detailed PV and PVWatts.

Improve descriptions of Detailed PV output variables for irradiance.

Update PV tracking and orientation diagram on System Design page for all configurations that use Detailed PV and PVWatts model.

Fixes #1704
