Noticed the Python bindings workflow as failing for a bunch of platforms: https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/actions/runs/11677150372

Also when trying to use the binary installer and loading the Python bindings in your system pyhon, it's annoying to have to manually copy the DLLs from bin/ to python/ (that is assuming you KNOW that's what you have to do)
