What is the feature?

  • Fix the header in the doxygen to match the website.

How have you implemented the solution?

  • The doxygen header was not working so this changes the reference in the GitHub workflow

Does the PR impact any other area of the project, maybe another repo?

  • No

@e-perl-NOAA this PR is hung up because there have been a few packages updated on CRAN, e.g., {yaml}, that appear to not have new versions for Mac yet and are causing problems with the installation of R packages. There are rules that require passing tests for a few of these failed actions that I do not have the ability to overwrite. I am hoping that this will work itself out in the next 24 hours and then we will be able to merge this in.
