Allow regridding to discrete sampling geometry feature types #716
Description
It is not currently possible to regrid to a DSG destination grid (such as the representation of a flight track). This can be done using esmpy.LocStream under the hood.
The result will be a 2-d or 3-d regridding from a grid or mesh to a the DSG.
