Fixes #43

Summary by Sourcery

Fix handling of existing files in the link routine and add a test to ensure idempotent behavior when a file already exists

Bug Fixes:

  • Treat only identical existing files as non-errors in the link function instead of the previous inverted logic

Tests:

  • Add TestFileExists to verify that snaggle.Snaggle succeeds when the target file already exists and can be called repeatedly without error
