I downloaded the latest version (dated February 1) from https://make.mudlet.org/snapshots/?platform=windows&source=ptb and ran it.
To be exact, the file is Mudlet-4.19.1-ptb-2025-02-01-697ac7cb-windows-64.exe.
I ran the downloaded program, but a pop-up window appeared saying that Qt6TextToSpeech.dll could not be found.
When I closed that popup, a popup appeared saying that libqt6keychain.dll could not be found.

This is also an issue with the latest https://make.mudlet.org/snapshots/740664/Mudlet-4.19.1-ptb-2025-07-28-56a943df-windows-64.exe
