when a new profile is created/copied it does not immediately gain an icon, instead an empty icon is initially produced:
obviously for a "new" profile there is no name to use as text on the icon and with no server URL/Port it is not possible to determine the icon - but we should at least put in the default mudlet icon straight away and then update it when we have the data we need:
