Notify user that a package was installed #3874

Description

@vadi2

Brief summary of issue / Description of requested feature:

Mudlet gives no indication that a package got installed when dragging and dropping it - which is bad UX.

There should be some sort of a notification that a package was installed OK.

Steps to reproduce the issue / Reasons for adding feature:

So people don't get confused - and in practice I've seen that they are, from the Discworld session with Stack.

Error output / Expected result of feature

A subtle notification for the user to recognise that their drag and drop installed a package OK.

This would apply to all package installations, not just drag and drop though, because we can't tell the ways apart.

Extra information, such as Mudlet version, operating system and ideas for how to solve / implement:

I think just an echo would do it.

I looked into the possibility of flashing the package manager button, but it doesn't seem to be feasible without a lot of work - so in the interests of not overengineering an echo is better.
