On 720p monitors (such as mine at 1280x800), the preferences window is cut off at the botton because the preferences window is too large to fit. It results in having to hide the bottom taskbar to access the top edge of the Save button to access it.

Open preferences window on a display with 800 vertical resolution

Suggestion: Make the preferences window resizable/scrollable to access everything as needed.
