Brief summary of issue / Description of requested feature:

Provide lua function to send stored username to the server, and another to send the stored password.

Steps to reproduce the issue / Reasons for adding feature:

1. Some muds don't use GA, and mudlet's automated login won't work
2. Don't want to expose the actual username or password as strings to scripters but
3. Would be nice to let them manage it via triggers without storing their uname/pass in the triggers themselves
