Brief summary of issue / Description of requested feature:

A user reported seeing the following message on map download:

[ INFO ]  - Map download initiated, please wait...
[ ERROR ] - Map download encountered an error:
            Network access is disabled..
[ ALERT ] - Map download failed, error reported was:
            Network access is disabled..

The fact that the map download was unsuccessful is OK. But they got 2 similar messages (ERROR and ALERT) which isn't good. It also means translators have to translate two sets of strings. Lastly, there are two .. at the end - not proper grammar.

Steps to reproduce the issue / Reasons for adding feature:

1. Connect and login to a game that supports MMP map downloads (such as achaea.com)
2. Disable networking on your computer
3. Press Download button in the Mapper tab

Error output / Expected result of feature

Observe 2 error messages. Expected only 1 error.
