After adding texts to development versions, bring them to Crowdin automatically

Steps to reproduce the issue / Reasons for adding feature:

1. Add a new PR which includes new or updated texts which are shown to Mudlet users
2. Merge the PR into development branch. Look for texts in Crowdin for translation.
3. Texts aren't there. Sometime before release, a joint PR must be prepared manually.

Error output / Expected result of feature

3. PR is created automatically and must only be approved manually. Then Crowdin updates.
