People can't access any new default scripts or updates to existing ones without creating a new profile. It'd be great to have a way to install/update default scripts.

So people can get access to new and improved stuff without less hassle.

Error output / Expected result of feature

Someone should be able to install the generic mapper on an existing profile that doesn't have it, or get the updated 'send all' Lua alias.
