Currently, user-created orders only appear in My Trades.
For many users, it can be confusing not to see their orders in the order book. I've asked some veteran lnp2pbot users, and they struggle to understand why only their order appears in My Trades.

A user should also see their created orders in the order book. However, when selecting them from the order book, they shouldn't have the option to accept them, only to cancel them if they wish.
