Currently, when creating a new order, the premium/discount range is limited to -10% to +10%.
In many countries, P2P Bitcoin trades commonly use much higher premiums or discounts, so this limitation does not reflect real market conditions and restricts valid use cases.

The allowed range should be increased to better support users in markets with higher spreads.
