Feature description

When split APKs are being patched, unnecessary splits are being installed. A feature could be added to skip these splits during patching, similar to the URV Manager.

But knowing that the application is being kept simple, I don't think an additional option for this feature is necessary. It can be offered as a single option along with 'Remove unused native libraries'.

Motivation

When patching with split APKs, the output APK size should be kept as small as possible.
