Is there still interest in this? I don't have any Rust experience, but this seems like a nice feature. Let me know what I can do to help.

Ye I just need testers lol, I'll post testing steps tomorrow morning.

Testing steps:

  1. Ensure a clean system from bob and no bob related paths in $PATH, and delete neovim if installed via a package manager
  2. Install the branch via cargo install --git https://github.com/MordechaiHadad/bob --branch add/what-the-path
  3. run bob use <whatever-version>
  4. When prompted regarding letting bob manage its paths in $PATH click yes
  5. After installatation of the specified version restart the terminal and see if nvim is in path
