ISSUE: So if you're monitorring an internal service that is being hosted in a docker container where docker is being hosted on a Windows box, CURL will fail, and the Monitorr UI will fall back to PING, and show UNRESPONSIVE, in some cases, this will also cause NGINX to crash.
CAUSE: Docker containers hosted on Windows don't upport CURL.
