A complete refactor of Modclean to fix some of the issues seen in the past. Version 3.0.0 will be locked down to Node 8+ and contain new async/await functionality to reduce dependencies and increase speed.

In addition with Node 8, the changes made in NPM will work in tandem with Modclean to provide a cleaner and less nested environment.
